Over the last 12 years the Nene has raised many 1000’s for charities through its annual astro attack meeting and in 2023 we will once again be raising funds to a national charity in memory of a very sourly missed RC racer and friend of the Nene when he and Alex lived local. Dave passed away this summer doing what he liked doing after giving RC up and that was riding his motorbike, and sadly on a track day we got the news that Dave had been killed.
So having spoken to Alex, she has suggested the MIND charity and as such please get this weekend booked into your calendar has, we wish to remember Dave, and his life the best we can and that’s through raising a few £1,000 in his memory.
